Built in central Minnesota where the weater can change from snow and ice to 90 and humid, sometimes in a single week, and back again, these barn quilts were designed to withstand all weather conditions and still remain as solid and vibrant as the day you first placed it on display.
Constructed from solid plywood that has been double seal coated and then framed with green treated lumber to completly seal the edges. These Barn Quilts are then given two coats of exterior primer and each color in the design has a minimum of three coats of high grade exterior paint. the finished Quilt is then given two coats of clear sealer to insure the color and woods integrity ensuring you can enjoy it for many seasons.
Each PBJ Handiworks Barn Quilt comes with a cleat for ease of hanging on your building and and also makes it easy be removed for storage during the foul weather season ,if you so desire.
